Melody Miles, MBAOHCRN Member: OHCRN Steering Committee Executive Director, Hamilton Niagara Haldimand Brant CCAC Biosketch: Melody Miles was appointed in 2006 by Order-in-Council (OIC) to the position of Executive Director of the Hamilton Niagara Haldimand Brant (HNHB) Community Care Access Centre (CCAC) – the largest of Ontario’s 14 CCACs. Melody has previously held CEO/ED positions with other CCACs as well as service provider agencies. Throughout her professional career Melody has chaired and/or been a member of numerous provincial and local community committees and boards with a focus on research and innovation, accountability, e-Health, procurement, collaborations, and clinical practice. With a proven track record of evidence-based practice and innovation, Melody is a frequent presenter on community health initiatives, and a requested participant at health care think tanks and knowledge exchange boards/forums. Melody holds MBA, BComm, BScN and BA degrees. |
